We are seeking a diligent and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations,

ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our invoicing and documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing tasks, including scanning and attaching invoices in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate the submission of invoices to clients via courier, drivers, or online portals.
  • Post Non-Stock and stock items in the ERP.
  • Prepare and verify employee time sheets for payroll.
  • Manage accounts payable / accounts receivables activities
  • Prepare journal entries for various transactions (e.g., sales, purchases, expenses).
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Being adaptable to additional tasks assigned by the department head, as responsibilities may change based on departmental needs and priorities
