· Conduct account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies.
· Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
· Assist in the employee onboarding process.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals with organizational strategy.
· Oversee accounts payable and receivable and collection while managing cash flow efficiently.
· Knowledge in UAE VAT.
· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
