Accountant Required for Coffee Shops and Restaurants – Jeddah
We are looking for an experienced and skilled accountant to work full-time in the field of coffee shops and restaurants, based in Jeddah – Al-Hamra district, where the main office is located.
Conditions and Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting within the coffee shop and restaurant sector.
- Proficiency in working with the Xero accounting software.
- Familiarity with delivery systems and their operational procedures.
- Ability to review and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Reviewing customer accounts.
- Submitting tax returns.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Coordination with accounting offices to prepare audited financial statements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Periodically inventory and review branch accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure the integrity of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and track expenses and revenues.
- Review bank statements and branch accounts.
- Reconcile invoices and accounting documents and archive them regularly.
- Monthly Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statement Presentation
- Review delivery applications (Hunger Station, Jahez, ToYou, Kita, etc.).

Knowledge of Local Tax Laws:
- Familiarity with Saudi tax regulations, including VAT, and experience in filing tax returns in compliance with local standards.
Experience with Financial Forecasting:
- Ability to assist in budgeting and forecasting to help ensure the financial stability and growth of the business.
Familiarity with Restaurant Costing:
- Understanding of how to calculate food cost, labor cost, and other restaurant-specific financial metrics to ensure profitability.
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work closely with the management team, restaurant staff, and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
Integrity and Confidentiality:
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and discretion.
