Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records using Tally ERP or equivalent software.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including: Timely and accurate VAT return filing through the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal. Maintenance of VAT-compliant invoices and supporting documentation.
Prepare for and manage Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE's new corporate tax regime.
Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger management.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants as required.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
Source and evaluate suppliers both locally and internationally for cost-effective procurement.
Negotiate terms and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with UAE import regulations and coordinate with customs for clearance.
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, quotations, and approvals.
Maintain updated vendor databases and build strong supplier relationships.
Import/Export & Customs Compliance:
Prepare and verify all import/export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance.
Stay updated on Dubai Trade, Mirsal II, and relevant UAE customs systems.
Classify goods accurately with HS codes and ensure compliance with UAE customs duties and exemptions where applicable.
Logistics & Inventory Management:
Coordinate logistics and transportation (air/sea/land) for timely delivery of goods.
Track shipments, ensure documentation is in order, and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock audits.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations for stock movement and control.
Payroll & Employee Records:
Process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS (Wage Protection System).
Handle employee records related to salaries, gratuity, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.
Calculate and ensure correct payment of gratuity and other statutory benefits.
General Administration & Compliance:
Ensure proper document control and archiving for accounting, procurement, and logistics.
