Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in Sales Coordination to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and a proactive approach to supporting the sales process, including quotation preparation, invoicing, and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and follow up on payments

Support sales team with order tracking and coordination

Coordinate with showroom team for stock and logistics updates

Handle VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations

Maintain and update client records and vendor information

Assist in communication with European suppliers for order processing

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week

Location: On-site, Jumeirah 3, Dubai

Salary: Based on experience + benefits
