  • Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
  • Issue and manage invoices, statements, and reminders for outstanding balances.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
  • Support the senior accounting team in daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
