- Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
- Issue and manage invoices, statements, and reminders for outstanding balances.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
- Support the senior accounting team in daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
