Job Title: Accounts and Finance Manager

Reports To: Director Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial
statements and reports that comply with accepted policies and procedures.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets,
financial forecasts, and reports required for decision-making.

• Cash Flow Management: Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all statutory requirements of the
organization are met including VAT, Income Tax, and other necessary financial regulatory
requirements specific to UAE and India.

• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and manage receivables collections.

• Audit & Risk: Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the
annual audit. Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and
organizational risks are minimized.

• Strategic Planning: Advise on strategic business development and key
corporate planning issues that relate to and impact the finances of the company.
• Team Management: Mentor and develop a direct team, managing work
allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective
team dynamic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and
best practices.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g.,
SAP), with particular expertise in QuickBooks and Zoho.

• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

• Comprehensive understanding of Indian and UAE financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and

communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
