About the Role:

Oqba Perfumes is hiring an Admin and Accounts Executive to manage administrative tasks and handle day-to-day accounting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in ecommerce or the perfume industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoices, expenses, and daily accounting on QuickBooks
• Handle filing, documentation, and internal coordination
• Support ecommerce order processing and inventory updates
• Liaise with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal teams
• Assist in generating financial and operational reports
