Experience
§ Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
§ Greet guests, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or guide them to specific meeting rooms or company staff as may be required.
§ Schedule, arrange, maintain and update appointment calendars, meeting room bookings including arranging conference calls.
§ Receive and maintain records of incoming and/or arrange outgoing documents. Sort and distribute mails, memos, correspondences, etc.
§ Arrange and liaise with courier services, transport, hotels, travel agencies, etc.
§ Perform administrative support tasks, such as processing translations, typing, printing, filing and maintaining records, collating reports, photocopying, binding, scanning, etc.
§ Maintain and update contact information of employees, clients, suppliers and other external partners including local emergency numbers.
§ Maintain supply of first aid kit at front desk.
§ Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure to replenish as and when required.
§ Maintain equipment inventory, arrange and schedule maintenance and repairs if required in coordination with IT department.
