Job Description:
As an Administration Manager at COSMO Di, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Clinic. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative/manager tasks, supporting the clinic’s management team, and providing excellent service to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management:
○ Oversee the daily operations of the Clinic.
○ Maintain and update patient records and clinic databases.
○ Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal use of resources.
○ Handle correspondence, phone calls and emails efficiently.
2. Customer Service:
○ Greet and assist clients with inquiries and appointments.
○ Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the Clinic.
○ Address and resolve any client complaints or issues promptly.
3. Financial Administration:
○ Manage billing, invoicing and payment processing.
○ Track expenses and assist in budget management.
○ Prepare financial reports for management review.
4. Human Resources Support:
○ Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
○ Coordinate staff schedules and manage leave requests.
5. Facility Management:
○ Ensure the clinic’s facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.
○ Liaise with vendors and service providers for clinic supplies and maintenance.
○ Implement and uphold health and safety regulations.
