Office Management:Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as necessary.
Administrative Support:Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and scheduling. Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings. Maintain client databases and filing systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Client Relations:Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in preparing marketing materials, property listings, and presentations. Coordinate open house events and property showings.
Data Management:Input and update property listings on multiple listing services (MLS) and online platforms. Compile and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases related to property listings, sales transactions, and client information.
Other Duties:
Assist in the preparation of financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
