Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.

Document Management:

• Maintain and update candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
• Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.

Office Coordination:

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Recruitment Support:

• Assist recruitment consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client presentations.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and contractors.

Communication:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and candidates.
• Draft and distribute internal and external communications as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in preparing regular reports on recruitment metrics and office performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
