Key Objective: To drive consistent growth in monthly revenue from AI training services.
Strategic Tasks:
1. Develop and refine sales strategies: Create and refine sales strategies to achieve sales goals, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and sales channels.
2. Articulate and communicate industry-specific value propositions: Clearly communicate the unique benefits and value of Bellamy Walden's services to customers and prospects in specific industries, tailoring the message to their needs and pain points.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CIOs, and other executives.
4. Customer growth and expansion: Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to achieve these goals, including collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Managerial Tasks:
1. Set sales goals and objectives: Establish clear sales targets and objectives for the "team" (i.e. themselves), aligning with the company's overall goals and strategy.
2. Develop and implement sales plans: Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals, including identifying target markets, accounts, and decision-makers.
3. Monitor and evaluate sales performance: Regularly review and analyze sales data to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Establish and maintain sales processes: Develop and enforce sales processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales activities.
Operational Tactical Tasks:
1. Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential customers, and making initial contact with them.
2. Qualifying leads: Determining whether a lead is a good fit for the company's products or services.
3. Scheduling meetings and calls: Coordinating with potential customers to schedule meetings or calls.
4. Conducting sales meetings and calls: Meeting with potential customers to discuss their needs and present the company's products or services.
5. Following up with leads: Checking in with leads to answer questions, provide additional information, and move the sales process forward.
6. Responding to RFPs and RFIs: Responding to requests for proposals and requests for information from potential customers.
7. Creating and sending sales materials: Preparing and sending sales materials, such as proposals, presentations, and contracts.
8. Negotiating and closing deals: Working with potential customers to negotiate terms and close sales.
9. Updating CRM and sales records: Keeping the company's CRM system and sales records up to date with the latest information on leads, customers, and sales activities.
10. Reporting sales activity: Providing regular reports on sales activity, including metrics such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue.
11. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline: Regularly updating and managing the sales pipeline to track progress and forecast revenue.
12. Analyze sales data and metrics: Regularly reviewing and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
13. Manage sales resources: Ensuring the effective use of sales tools, software, and other resources to support sales efforts.
