resolution of the bugs.

4 Batch Support (EOD & SOD)

5 Troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.

6 Handling deployment activities in production environment.

7 Follow up skills to get issues resolved and prepare effective support.

8 Monitor the performance and availability of applications, identifying potential issues,

make sure of effective alerting setup and problem reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in application support or a related

technical support in Banking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
