Outbound Calls: Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential distributors, EPC companies, and other business prospects across the Middle East region.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their business needs and interest in Eastman’s products and services.
Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the respective Key Account Manager for further discussions and conversion.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing relevant product information and responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner.
Market Research: Gather valuable market insights and feedback from potential customers to help identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all leads, inquiries, and customer interactions in the system.
Sales Support: Support the sales team by preparing leads for follow-up, ensuring all communication is documented and accurate.
Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and meetings scheduled.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts and success in business development initiatives.
