To contribute in executing complete architectural design of all assigned projects in accordance with approved Company policies, operating guidelines and procedures and ensure that all projects meet contracts’ budgets, time schedules and approved quality standards. Performs complex and significant project-related tasks, highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology.

§ Contribute in executing design services to any assigned project effectively and efficiently under supervision and guidance of Design Manager and/or Senior/Project Architect.

§ Contribute in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to meet client requirements, regulations, codes and standards and economy and adequacy for construction.

§ Responsible of developing detailed architectural drawings and detailing

§ Responsible to coordinate & resolve design clashes & maintain clash logs.

§ Understanding of the strategy of the Model segregation.

§ Maintaining and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.

§ Develop complex & mass modelling

§ Assist in Revit models setup

§ Responsible for models data tagging and classification

§ Assist in the development of Revit families and details for the architectural, engineering, interior, and structural disciplines.

§ managing interferences and conflicts

§ Auditing & managing models quality

§ Maintaining BIM process as per the project BEP

§ supporting the BIM manager tasks

§ Responsible for BIM project documentation in the CDE

§ Review models & drawings

§ Creation of Revit sheets and views
