Implement and adhere to technical office policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on project design drawings, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with other trades to resolve conflicts between civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Maintain and update the shop drawing log before submitting drawings to the consultant for approval.
Prepare and study Requests for Information (RFIs) to address missing, unclear, or conflicting technical issues arising during construction.
Review and coordinate the approval process of subcontractors' and outsourced shop drawings with the project consultant.
Report and assist in resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other construction-related issues to the project manager for discussion and resolution.
Prepare as-built drawings at the project's completion and hand them over to the project consultant.
Prepare material submittals in conjunction with specified materials, ensuring consultant approval.
