Support and manage Compensation - annual salary revisions, annual performance bonus, and other incentive plans
Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience
Develop cost impact models for compensation related plans/initiatives
Cost cadence, rewards data modeling and reporting
Partner with external consulting firms for market compensation benchmark data
Refine internal hiring & market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs / processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness.
Support hiring team in preparing compensation proposals for potential hires (National as well as Expats) basis internal parity and external benchmarks
Track governance / compliance around Compensation process / policies
