- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
- Build and maintain a talent pool by engaging with passive candidates through networking and social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continually seeking ways to improve the hiring process.
