Real Estate Sales Executive
Our company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive who can demonstrate
strong convincing and negotiation skills to help the home buyers find the project
of their need and help to grow the business by providing more number of sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Have a thorough understanding of the real-estate projects
• Effectively communicate with the clients and understand their
requirement
• Suggest the appropriate project as per the needs of the client and guide
them about the entire process of sale
• Brief the project details to the clients and go for site visit to provide a
better physical understanding of the location, dimensions and amenities
• Follow-up with prospect clients and maintain a healthy relationship
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Should meet targets and objectives with respect to assigned work
