Key Responsibilities:
- Business Finance & Accounting: Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. Ensure accurate and timely financial data to support strategic business decisions.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet the company’s operational needs and growth objectives.
- Controllership: Maintain a robust financial control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a finance team of 10-12 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and alignment with the company’s goals.
- Startup Experience: Bring in experience from Series B and C fundraising rounds, including scaling financial operations and working closely with investors and stakeholders.
- UAE Experience: Utilize your extensive experience working in the UAE market, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and adapting strategies to the regional business environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: CA qualification is a must.
- Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in Business Finance and Accounting.
- Startup Exposure: Proven track record of working in startups, particularly those in Series B and C phases.
- Regional Expertise: Experience working in the UAE is essential.
