- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for facade glass and aluminum systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings that reflect structural integrity and aesthetic requirements.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions, providing accurate data for design improvements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, installation guidelines, and material schedules to support project execution.
- Review and analyze shop drawings, providing constructive feedback to ensure all elements align with project objectives and quality standards.
- Assist in the selection of appropriate materials based on performance criteria, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress, address concerns, and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Ensure that all drawings are updated in accordance with revisions and that changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, maintaining a proactive approach to meet deadlines and support project management efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade design and aluminum systems to continuously enhance design capabilities.
