We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with expertise in monitoring solutions and a strong understanding of Azure Landing Zone architecture. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing monitoring systems within our Azure environment, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security across our cloud infrastructure. This role requires deep knowledge of Azure services, particularly in the context of monitoring and observability, along with the ability to integrate monitoring solutions with Azure Landing Zone configurations.

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions for our Azure environment, including infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Develop custom metrics, alarms, and dashboards using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools to provide real-time visibility into system performance and health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements and implement best practices for alerting, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies by configuring monitoring systems to monitor and report on security-related events and anomalies.
• Continuously optimize monitoring configurations to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of Azure resources.
• Provide expertise in Azure Landing Zone architecture, ensuring that monitoring solutions are aligned with Landing Zone best practices and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues, working closely with internal teams and Azure support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to cloud monitoring and observability, recommending and implementing new tools and practices as appropriate.
• Document monitoring configurations, processes, and best practices, and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
