• Identify target markets, conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, Schools/Government NGOs and other strategic tie-ups and understanding their business goals and needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention. • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including local schools and universities, suppliers, distributors, and channel partners, to expand the company's reach and enhance service offerings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the B2B segment.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on B2B sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
• Driving all conversations continuously throughout the process, i.e., cold calls, weekly pipeline update calls and sales strategy meetings, regarding future projected closings • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and targeted lead generation initiatives.
