Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can handle our lead generation, Setup Meetings, Handle Trainer coordination for our Training Business in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential customers for the company's B2B training & Assessment services.
- Set up appointments and meetings with potential clients and key decision-makers to introduce the company's services.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage and respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that training programs are delivered with the highest quality.
- Identify and communicate key client requirements and feedback to the product development team to improve product offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client companies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
