We are looking for dynamic B2B Sales Developers in the automotive sector who are driven to generate business, convert leads, and scale our international distribution of Goodyear branded products.
Candidates must demonstrate strong ability to:
- Utilize Google extraction tools to build targeted databases of automotive importers.
- Extract key decision-maker contacts (email & mobile numbers) from LinkedIn or other platforms.
- Quickly recognize and filter serious leads from casual inquiries.
- Operate with urgency and close container-level deals consistently on a monthly basis.
- Exhibit the fear and will to convert every qualified lead into a deal — no lead should go cold once it's qualified.

- Build and manage strong B2B relationships within the automotive industry
- Drive sales of tires, car batteries, engine oils, and accessories
- Research, build, and expand a client database across the UAE and international markets
- Handle orders, manage shipments, and ensure timely follow-ups
