We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and dedicated candidate for the position of Tender and Bidding Executive covering the following

Duties:

•Must have a good knowledge and skills of using TEJARI- Esupply and all related or similar programs and websites in the UAE to monitor, follow up, and submit commercial TENDERS.

•Generating new inquiries, preparing quotations before the deadline, checking prices & negotiating with suppliers, site visits, submitting samples, coordinating client meetings & follow-ups

•The skills of communicating & liaising with a wide range of customers, colleagues, and suppliers locally and internationally to secure the best quality medical products and prices.

•Quotes and negotiates prices and credit terms with partners and clients.
