1. Manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows for fit-out and MEP projects across all project stages.
2. Collaborate with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop and integrate accurate and clash-free BIM models.
3. Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to LOD (Level of Development) and BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
4. Facilitate regular clash detection and coordination meetings using tools such as Navisworks, and lead the resolution of spatial and systems conflicts.
5. Maintain and update federated models, ensuring consistent model integrity and timely delivery of coordinated drawings for construction.
6. Generate coordinated 2D shop drawings, sections, and details from the BIM model for construction, procurement, and site use.
7. Ensure proper model naming, layer standards, versioning, and data structure in accordance with project BIM standards.
8. Support site teams with visualization, 4D planning (if applicable), and coordination support to streamline execution.
9. Provide technical support and training to project engineers and draftsmen on BIM tools and workflows.
Participate in the development and enforcement of BIM standards, templates, and procedures for continuous improvement.
