Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project BIM requirements and digital delivery protocols.

Oversee BIM coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines, facilitating federated model reviews and clash detection processes.

•

Review and monitor consultant BIM submissions to ensure compliance with project standards, levels of development, and coordination requirements.

•

Manage the project Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring proper information management, data exchange procedures, and version control.

•

Review BIM Execution Plans (BEP) submitted by design consultants and monitor their implementation throughout the design process.

•

Coordinate closely with One Works’ BIM Management team to ensure alignment with the Company’s BIM standards, digital strategies, and best practices.

•

Support design managers and project teams in resolving coordination issues through effective use of digital models and collaboration tools.

•

Participate in technical coordination meetings and represent the Company in BIM and digital delivery discussions with clients and stakeholders.

•

Provide regular reporting to Company management on BIM progress, coordination issues, and digital delivery performance.

•

Promote best practices in digital coordination and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes within the Company.
