Responsible for all lubrication blending activities
Responsible to look after lubrication oil on an overall basis, Optimize blending and filling operations in lube oils, coolants and other products
Monitor and control blending processes to ensure precise ingredient ratios, optimizing quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot blending equipment and processes, quickly resolving issues to maintain production flow.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to promote a safe working environment.
Manage raw material inventories, ensuring timely availability for uninterrupted production.
Responsible for B.A. with gas suit, catalyst handling under inert atmosphere.
Ability to read isometric drawing and fabricated equipment like pipe spool structure, piping support sheet plate etc. ability & responsibility of erection structure.
Responsible for all types of vessel / reactors for catalyst unloading loading, screening of spent catalyst, Internet dismantling, vessel marking for catalyst loading assist during dense loading.
Responsible for Valve’s servicing and testing, water hydro testing. (Safety valve, Gate valve, Globe valve, NRV, Plug valve, Ball valve, Butterfly valve, Steam Trap.)
Responsible for Vessel, Column and tanks clearing, Inert Entry and other related work activities.
Responsible for Pre-cleaning and post cleaning and box-up, elbow fixing, removal of blind and spades
