Roles & Responsibilities
- System Design: Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to design and engineer BMS solutions that integrate seamlessly with HVAC, chillers, and package units while meeting project-specific requirements.
- Siemens Integration: Oversee the installation and integration of Siemens BMS systems, ensuring that all components are installed correctly and interfaced with HVAC, chillers, and package units for optimal system performance.
- Programming: Develop and configure control strategies and software for Siemens BMS controllers, with a focus on integrating and controlling HVAC equipment effectively.
- Maintenance and Optimization: Conduct routine maintenance and optimization of BMS systems, particularly in relation to HVAC, chillers, and package units, to ensure they continue to operate efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Siemens BMS systems, including their integration with HVAC equipment.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of BMS systems to ensure they meet design specifications and performance standards, especially as they relate to HVAC and environmental control.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all design, engineering, and programming activities, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
- Client Training: Provide training to clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of Siemens BMS systems, emphasizing HVAC, chiller, and package unit control.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
