  • Document all service activities, including repairs and upgrades, to maintain an accurate history of system performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and enhance service offerings.
  • Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of BMS equipment.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency service calls, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
