- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide training and technical support to clients on BMS functionalities, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
- Document all service activities, including repairs and upgrades, to maintain an accurate history of system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and enhance service offerings.
- Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of BMS equipment.
- Respond swiftly to emergency service calls, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
