We are seeking a Looking for a Building Management System (BMS) Technician to maintain and troubleshoot the various building systems that are controlled and monitored through BMS

basically will be responsible for :

• Install, maintain, and repair BMS hardware and software components.
• Monitor BMS for building systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with BMS equipment and systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Respond to alarms, notifications, and faults in the BMS, and investigate issues to restore proper functionality.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new BMS systems or upgrades to existing systems.
• Ensure that all BMS activities comply with local codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to ensure a safe working environment.
