Role Summary:
We are seeking a Brand Distribution Manager to join our team.
This position will involve collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to drive brand visibility, market expansion, and revenue growth globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Distribution Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive distribution strategies for Own Brand products aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
2- Channel Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential distribution channels, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and institutional.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other partners to expand market reach.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with distribution partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
3- Market Penetration and Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand expansion in both existing and new markets.
- Develop and implement targeted market penetration strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust distribution strategies as needed.
4- Brand Representation:
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all distribution channels and geographical regions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
5- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and analyze distribution performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and distribution costs.
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to the Commercial Director.
6- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align distribution activities with overall business objectives.
- Ensure smooth integration of new products into distribution channels.
- Lead co-packing projects to expand the brand portfolio.
