We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor with strong technical background in multi-skilled building maintenance. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing maintenance work independently while supervising technicians, managing site operations, and ensuring service quality standards. This is a working supervisor role — not office-based.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with regulations.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient and effective task completion and adherence to safety protocols.
Handle emergency maintenance issues
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians on site
Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards
Conduct quality inspections after job completion
Train junior technicians
Maintain tools and inventory control
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections and promptly addressing any identified issues to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, including cost control, vendor management, and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
