Job Summary
The Business Development & Consultancy Coordinator will support the Business Development and Consultancy Manager in identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships, and coordinating consultancy projects. The role involves project coordination, proposal development, client relationship management, and administrative support, ensuring the effective delivery of services and consultancy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify new business opportunities within the community management sector.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
- Analyze industry trends and potential sectors for expansion.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and potential customers.
- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Proposal Development
- Review NDAs and tender documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for developing compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Create high-quality presentations and proposals for business development initiatives.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals, RFIs, and other related documents.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of leads, business activities, and client interactions.
- Prepare progress reports and assist with tracking key performance metrics.
2. Consultancy Coordination
- Coordinate consultancy projects ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Prepare and organize consultancy documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the community management sector, informing consultancy strategies.
- Analyze competitors and industry benchmarks to provide insights for enhancing service offerings.
- Oversee submissions, invoicing, and collection of consultancy fees.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project developments using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement processes to gather client feedback for service improvement.
4. Administrative & Project Support
- Assist with administrative tasks related to business development and consultancy operations, including meeting scheduling and documentation management.
- Maintain project records and assist with invoicing and collection of consultancy fees.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and update dashboards, trackers, and reports as needed.
5. Technology Utilization
- Leverage CRM and project management tools to improve operational efficiency and data management.
- Utilize platforms such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects to maintain accurate project and client records.
- Create and maintain a client database based on market studies and networking opportunities.
