Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the UAE interior fit-out market. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, target-oriented, and have strong connections in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors
- Convert potential leads into active business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Conduct site visits and client meetings independently
- Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Follow up on payment collections as per agreed terms
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client engagements
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry
- Strong existing client network and market knowledge
- Proven sales and target achievement track record
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have own car and valid UAE driving license
- Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Immediate joiners preferred
