Position: International Business Development Executive

Reporting to: General Manager – Sales
Company: Resolute Dynamics (Automotive Safety Solutions)
Objective
To develop and manage international markets (primarily Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore, Africa, and other GCC regions) for our automotive safety solutions including speed limiters, GPS tracking devices, and telematics products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and onboard distributors, resellers, and corporate clients across international markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for target regions.
- Handle regulatory approvals, vendor registrations, and tender processes in new countries.
- Lead B2B sales meetings and close high-value deals with government, fleet operators, rental companies, and OEMs.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to align sales strategy with product features and local requirements.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade shows.
- Maintain CRM reports, sales funnel, and forecasting for assigned territories.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 years in B2B international sales or business development
- Industry Background: Automotive, Telematics, IoT, Electronics, or Fleet Solutions preferred
- Geography Experience: Must have handled GCC, Africa, or Southeast Asia markets
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Tech-savvy with ability to explain technical products in simple terms
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in cross-border selling
Other:
- UAE Driving License preferred
- Willing to travel internationally
- Fluency in English; Arabic or French is an advantage
Compensation:
3500 - 5000 AED
