Codegenie Information technology co is seeking an experienced and driven IT Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on generating leads, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay informed on competitive landscape and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive growth and customer retention.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight our solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets, including identifying high-potential markets and opportunities.
- Negotiations and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to project delivery teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align on client needs, sales strategies, and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
