We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our Dubai office. This onsite role involves driving business growth across the UAE by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and promoting our ERP and IT service offerings.
1. Market Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth market research within Dubai and the wider UAE. Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive activities. Understand regional customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting Generate new business leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and digital channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Focus on identifying opportunities for ERP and eCommerce projects.
3. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the UAE. Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored Odoo ERP and IT solutions.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos. Lead contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
5. Reporting & Forecasting Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Analyze sales data to identify patterns, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
