Seek potential clients and advise the President on business strategy. MEPG Engineering is a consultancy firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) Design for the commercial, hospitality, retail, institutional and industrial markets.
Ensure sustainable growth of the company by continuously developing new clients and effectively maintaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
1. Essential/Main duties:
Seek new projects.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Propose improvements to enhance competitive capacity.
Identify market gaps, segments, and define target client groups for MEPG Engineering.
Evaluate and propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Secondary/Sub duties:
Assess and classify potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for new projects.
Manage and update client data for the company.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure unified project implementation.
Monitor project-related activities to ensure quality, progress, and safety.
Suggest improvements to design teams for service enhancement.
Salary & Provisions:
1. Fixed Salary:
Monthly fixed salary, including travel expenses. The company covers airfare and hotel accommodation as needed.
A 2-month probation period is required, during which you will be paid 80% of the salary.
2. Commission on Projects:
Percentage (%) commission on MEPF design projects, as determined based on the project following the company commission structure (further details to be discussed).
Commission applies only to the first projects of each new client acquired through the BD Executive’s efforts.
Commission does not apply to:
Projects with existing clients/investors/partners.
Subsequent projects from new clients brought in by the BD Executive.
Projects where clients directly contact the company and request proposals.
3. Salary Payment Conditions:
Monthly payment.
Project commission is paid based on back-to-back principle to client payment.
