Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive with excellent
communication skills and a passion for sales. You will drive new sales and grow
existing accounts for IT software solutions across the clientbase.
What You’ll Do:
Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities via calls,
emails, LinkedIn, events (e.g., GITEX), and partner referrals.
Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a healthy sales funnel; maintain accurate
CRM hygiene and forecasting.
Customer Engagement: Run discovery, demos with pre-sales, solution positioning,
and business case development.
Proposals & Closures: Coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, and commercials;
negotiate and close deals.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with vendor/Distributor teams (e.g., Red Hat,
SUSE, VMware/Broadcom, AWS, Azure) on demand gen, deal registration, and
campaigns.
Account Management: Develop multi-stakeholder relationships; drive renewals
and cross/upsell motions.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor moves, pricing, and regional trends to refine
go-to-market tactics.
Reporting: Weekly activity, pipeline, and forecast updates; deliver against
monthly/quarterly targets (MRR/ARR, GP)
