Sales Development:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities and leads in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Close sales, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure smooth execution of client contracts and agreements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and ROI.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
