Job Description: Business Development Manager
Overview
As the Business Development Manager for Maaxit you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business
opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.Identifying potential clients.
Reporting and Briefing - Prodive the management with necessary updates on the ongoing sales and potential sales
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their needs.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Development and admin, to ensure successful project execution.
Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication in Arabic and English languages.
Proven experience in business development or sales.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the [Software as a Service] is a plus.
