The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1-3 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the turnkey and interior works sector, commercial real estate, event management or construction.
Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
Negotiate and close deals with clients
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
