1. Job Overview:
PowerChina JEPCC is hiring a business development manager for a Renewable energy specializing in Solar Power for ground mounted solar panels.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in the solar sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services by identifying and cultivating potential solar EPC customers. Your expertise and strategic vision will be critical in expanding our market presence and establishing strong business relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential solar EPC customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to understand the strengths and weaknesses of key players in the solar sector.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and prioritize potential solar EPC customers through various channels, including online research, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.
- Develop a systematic approach to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
Solution Presentation and Negotiation:
- Present our solar EPC offerings to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of working with our company.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the sales and legal teams to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and engineering teams, to develop tailored solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to the overall business development strategy based on market feedback and trends.
- Organize, setup and implement commercial and marketing promotion activities : conferences, company and Solar C&I energy supply & services capabilities presentations.
- Liaise with the Middle east Authorities, energy utilities and Government Agencies and the private sectors for marketing, infrastructure development and project authorization, licenses, etc…
