Minimum 10+ year of sales experience with Strong local customer base in IT Services and Consulting (Specially in SAP, Application Development, Cloud and AI sales) in KSA and MENA region.
Must be an Individual contributor in Revenue generation.
Must be fluent on Arabic and English language speaking, Writing.
Candidate should be travel friendly.
Habituated in Daily/weekly reporting to management about Revenue target vs achievement.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the IT sector, in alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics in KSA, UAE & MENA.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing IT clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for staffing services, including project-based contracts contract, contract to hire and full-time roles in KSA, UAE & MENA REGION.
Oversee the IT sales pipeline, managing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the on-boarding process for hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization and projects.
Acquire new clients and maintain awareness of the recruitment process for domestic & International both territories.
Collaborate with TA teams of various organizations to understand client requirements.
Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct appropriate research on their business and needs. Negotiate payment terms with clients.
Conduct daily analysis and follow-ups with clients.
