JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to specialize contract packing and private labels for a manufacturing company. The role holder will be responsible in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships in the contract packing and private label sectors.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Analyse industry data to develop strategies for targeting and penetrating contract packing and private label markets.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms for both parties.
• Close deals and ensure all contractual obligations are clearly defined and understood.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
• Provide insights to improve product offerings based on client feedback and market trend.
• Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and stay abreast of industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and customized proposals for contract packing and private label projects.
• Ensure proposals align with client needs, industry trends and company capabilities.
