- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Engage with potential clients through meetings, networking, and targeted outreach, including cold calling where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, collectors, private clients, interior designers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market analysis and client profiling to identify new business opportunities.
- Present tailored art solutions and advisory services that align with the unique needs of both businesses and individuals.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage a small team, ensuring focus, efficiency, mentorship, and alignment with business objectives.
Quality Assurance & Art Approval
- Oversee the final sign-off on all artworks to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
- Ensure all pieces align with client expectations and uphold artistic integrity.
- Conduct periodic production check-ins to monitor progress, identify any potential quality concerns, and maintain high production standards.
- Possess a keen eye for detail to spot discrepancies and ensure excellence in all delivered works.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering expert insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and nurture partnerships that drive long-term value for both the business and its clients.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, from initial consultation to post-sale support.
Business Expansion & Operational Oversight
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the art market to enhance our offerings.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
