1. Staff Management:
· Supervise, train, and coordinate household staff.
· Assign tasks, establish schedules, and ensure collaborative efforts.
2. Household Operations
· Oversee day-to-day residence operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization.
· Maintain all house areas in impeccable condition, coordinating repairs and improvements as needed.
· Run errands for family members as required.
3. Administrative Duties:
· Manage household budgets and expenses, maintaining detailed records and providing regular financial reports.
· Handle weekly grocery lists and inventory, comparing pricing and quality as necessary.
· Create SOPs as required and follow up to ensure their implementation.
4.Child Care Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with nannies and other staff to establish a nurturing environment for children's growth.
· Manage and coordinate children's daily schedules, ensuring prepared meals and lunch boxes.
· Handle school correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of parents.
· Coordinate engaging play dates, organize outings, and supervise children during these experiences.
5.Event Planning and Hosting:
· Coordinate and execute events, dinners, and gatherings, including menu planning and logistics.
· Provide impeccable service during events, meeting guests' and family needs.
· Set up daily family dinners and coordinate with other staff.
